Today is Saturday. I didn't even have to check the calendar. Ima big boy. I have been sleeping lots. My eyes have been hurting. In that really tired way. When I look to the left it hurts. When I look to the right it hurts. Maybe I need glass eyes.

So after the MTV awards I am now watching the Zulu awards. A Danish MTV copy/paste job. I just wanted to complain that Tim Christensen won best singer. It should've gone to Jonas Bjerre from Mew or Kasper Eistrup from Kashmir. So there. Enough with the name dropping/calling.

Carpark North won Best New Artist. Good stuff. You should all check out Tansparent + Glasslike on your favourite p2p progr.. I mean in the record shop. Because I'm sure your record shops are full of Danish singles.

You know my plans to get a guitar and become a rockstar, right? Well I have a great idea for when I win my first award. It should be on MTV, not on Danish TV. For maximum effect. I'll go on stage and say "Wow! This is amazing. I have a huge list of people I need to thank..." and then I'll pull out a piece of paper and get ready to read from it. And then I will surprise everyone by stuffing the paper in my mouth and eating it! Yes. And then one of the less star-like band members will lean in to the microphone and say "Thank you all!" and we'll walk off the stage. Isn't that brilliant? I think so. Of course if I happen to get my breakthrough as a solo artist then I will have to finish eating the paper on stage so I can say the final thank you. Because you have to thank the fans. But the piece of paper with my manager, record label, producer, god, jesus, parents and bandmates can just be eaten instead.

So, now I can just sit back and wait for the awards to come rolling in.

Or... I can go to bed and sleep and dream of things to come.
