Whoomp, there it is.

My vacation has arrived. Like a knight in charming armour. As welcomed as Michael Moore in Cannes. As beautiful as freshly fallen snow. And other such things.

For the next three weeks I'll hang my brain in the closet and enjoy all sorts of debauchery. The only way this could be any better is if it started to snow. But I guess that's a little much to ask. In late June and all.

I had an okay last day at work. Knud-Erik was very nice, wishing me a good vacation. He has been good to me, I must admit I'm not at all sad that Gitte was let go. Knud-Erik has helped me a lot with getting an extra week of vacation for example. And he's always nice to me. I like people who are nice to me. I also like kittens and christmas. And lollipops.

I had a nice time with my dad last night. If there is one interest we share then it's soccer. Although my interest in general soccer isn't as strong as it used to. I don't care about much else than my Brøndby these days. But we watched the Euro quarter final England-Portugal yesterday. Me sitting at the computer, him in the couch. It was a very exciting game, extra time and penalties. It was nice watching it together. It doesn't always have to be bad.

We bought a new DVD/VCR combo machine today. Our old VCR was dying. So now we have a spanky new thing. Electronica is always good. I got a battery recharger and 8 batteries in the mail too. I already had a recharger and batteries but those were cheap supermarket ones. I wasn't satisfied. So I bought some better ones. Cheap too though, so no worries. And should give better performance with my camera.

That's about it. The next three weeks will be full of boring entries with nothing happening. Hope you'll enjoy!
