Tired Monday. Of course. I was feeling a lot like staying home. The little red devil on my shoulder.

"Go on, stay in bed. You know you want to".

And I did want to. But I went off to work anyway. Good boy.

The internet wasn't working. That was horrible. What was I supposed to do, actually work? No no. That's no good. I need my internet. So I can sit and half work / half read usenet. That's how it should be.

Knud Erik came and told me that he had called the main Aarhus Library. To see if I could get an intern period there. They will call back tomorrow. So that will be interesting. And potentially scary. New places, new people. But we'll see.

Then I went and worked out. Ran on the treadmill. Been a long time since I did that last. Hard on the old knee. But I hope I can keep that up. Improve my condition some more.

I will need to be in good shapy for January. Yup, Skye and I booked our vacation today. Monday, January 3rd. We'll be staying at Het Heijderbos. "A hotel apartment at Het Heijderbos is ideal for a secluded romantic holiday". I sure hope so. It's scary too, I can't help that. But it will be worth it. I can't believe it'll be more than a year after our last meeting. That's quite horrible. It really hasn't been the best of years for me, but I'm still working hard on making things better. And this will be a really good thing. And I will get to fly for the first time. That'll be interesting.
