clix?
First off I want to thank everyone who has contributed to the panty project though. It has given me much joy already. I hope more will join in. Any pictures will do. I put up some thank you notes in my eljay. So check that out if you are one of the contributors. And if I forgot anyone then please spank me and remind me. But let's get started with the pictures now. Because last night... it snowed! Yes. The first real, lasting snow of the winter. I wasn't sure how lasting it would be though. I was afraid that it would rain away overnight or something. So I decided to go outside for a while when I had said goodnight to Skye. It was almost midnight, but I just needed to feel the snow under my feet and breathe in the icy air.
Not a huge amount of snow. But still, snow for sure. And much to my relief it was still there in the morning. Only the roads had been cleared. I haven't been going out much this vacation. But when the snow comes then I am dragged outside. I can't resist. So I took a walk up to the playground. I wasn't sure if the animals would be out but it couldn't hurt to look. And they were out. Although you could be forgiven for missing the geese.
Excellent camouflage! I must say it was wonderful. If there is one thing that is better than animals then surely it must be animals in the snow. And they were all there. Blackie: Horsey: And the baby sheepies. Oh my lordie. Where they ever adorable? Fluffy little white things in the snow. And they looked like they were having fun. They were running around. Much more active than the first times I saw them. One of them even made a running jump up in the air. I have never seen a lamb jump before haha. I got some great videos of them. Speeding along in the snow. And of Blackie trying to catch up to them.
Hehee. I don't know how old Blackie is, but the baby sheepies were a little too young and frisky for him I think. A couple of times he sort of lowered his head and thrusted his horns towards the head of one of the lambs. Not very violently or anything. Just sort of "I'm a goat, you're a lamb. Don't mess with me too much". The baby sheepies were much fun yes. I even petted them. Never done that before.
Aw look. One of them has a black nose and one of them has a pink one! Haha. I didn't notice that before I got home and looked at the pictures. I petted everyone. The lambs, their mother. Blackie. The horsies. It was like heaven. Beautiful snow and sweet animals. I only wish I had brought some bread for Blackie, he always comes running up to me and tries to eat my coat if I haven't got food for him hehe. They always make me happy. The animals. At one point Black Beauty Is In The Eye Of The Beholder came up to me. And I petted him a little. And he looked at me. And I looked him in the eyes. It was beautiful. I wasn't the only one having fun there either.
Blackie is such a charmer. And finally two funny ones.
Blackie: "What are you looking at? What? I don't see anything? What are you all looking at?"
Blackie: "No really. What the hell are you looking at, there's nothing there!?" I wish animals could talk. On the other hand, maybe not. Everyone who talks seems to want to abuse the privilege. I am feeling.. almost happy. This whole panties thing is making me laugh. And the snow. And the animals. And on Monday I head off to see Skye. I am starting to feel a little nervous about that and I will probably get scared even. But it's also going to be good. It's nice to remember that there are good things in this life. Skye and lambs and horses. Speaking of horses (nice linkage there), I liked the horse documentary in the Return of the King appendices. Horses are beautiful. And it was lovely how some of the actors bought their own horses afterwards. Which leads me to the point that Viggo Mortensen is just too good to be true. He must have some dirty, dark secret. No one can be that good. There was one woman working on the movies who really wanted to buy one of the horses, but she couldn't afford it. And some higher ranking person wanted the horse too. So she didn't think she'd have any chance. What does Viggo do? He buys her the horse. Just like that. It's almost annoying how perfect he is. But then on the other hand it almost makes me proud that he's Danish. It's silly but I get this "Yeah, look how wonderful Danes are" feeling. It makes me want to be a good person. I'm not always a good person. But I try to be the best I can. If I became rich I'd buy you all horses, or whatever you wanted. I'm a bit like a mediocre version of Viggo Mortensen. I write mediocre poetry (I used to anyway), I take mediocre pictures. I'm Danish. All I need is to do some mediocre acting then I'd be a perfect, mediocre Viggo. Unless of course Viggo is brilliant at other things than poetry, photography and acting? He's probably a superhero in his spare time. He's great though. I wish I could be a mediocre version of him. I aspire to live in his shadow. One day. One sweet day. soundtrack: ... ...baaaaahaha back and forth clix
