Another day well done. I was fairly active today. Like a busy little beaver.

Worked in the montage. Nothing special. Back in the gym. Starting to feel a little stronger, was able to work up a good sweat.

Back at home I went for a walk in the sparkling sunshine. Trying out my new camera. I'm still learning how to use it. The zoom is delicious though.

The weather forecast says it will cool down come weekend. I don't mind. But it is beautiful. Green and sunny and kids playing. It's very nice.

I'm going to try to get out more. Go on expeditions with my camera. Anything. I need to change my lifestyle. Get more mobile. Become active.

Since I can't have an operation.

Oh yeah, must remember to call the doctor.

I'm out of strawberries. Disaster! Skye told me to buy a couple of strawberry plants for the yard. Okay, I won't be able to harvest tonnes of them but it could still be fun. And part of being active and outside. Yes.

The original was bigger and 600kb so don't complain. I'm sure I'll get better results when I learn to use the camera. And I still have to go through all the pictures I took today and see how they turned out. But too tired now.
