Back in line. Back to work. Monday morning. It was raining a lot last night. A lot lot. Of course it stopped right about the time I went to bed. Too bad. I like to lie in the dark and listen to the rain.

But no more rain. The morning was pleasantly cool. And gradually the sun came back and it started to smell a lot like summer.

And I was feeling sick. Starting with long toilet trips and then the ever building nausea. Ick. I couldn't eat anything, so I just drank a little lemonade when we were having coffee. Karen told me that I ought to ask the boss if I could just go home. Heh, funny how things change. Last year I would have stayed home if I felt the slightest bit sick. Now they practically have to convince me to leave. I stayed around till the daily routine was done and then I went home and layed down to rest. Time spent in bed is time well spent.

I got my package today. I'm giving a gift to Skye. I think it turned out pretty brilliant all. It's quite exciting. Mr Duckie thinks so too. He thinks Skye will love it. I hope so. I got it all packaged now. She should have it soon. Young love, isn't it grand?

I'm feeling less sick now. Just tired. Time for bed soon. Snooze it or lose it.
