Another hot summer's day. Endless summer.

Nothing really happened today. Let's get retrospective instead. Have a look at yesterday's entry.

The hard drive problem? Yes, I seem to have lost a large part of my live smashing pumpkins collection. If this had happened 6 months ago I would have been in tears. Upset, angry and sad. Now, well I don't care so much. It sucks. But there are other things that are more important to me now. After finishing scandisk yesterday I sat down and watched movie files that Skye had sent me of her dog. And they made me smile. I guess it's time to stop obsessively collecting mp3s. It's been ages since I listened to live sp anyway. And I do still have lots left. So I'll be happy with what I have and not worry about getting as much as possible anymore. Appreciate what you have instead of striving for what you don't have. Doesn't that sound disgustingly healthy? a new and positive Plume.

Also yesterday I told to you to go look at videos from my vacation with Skye. Because the host was working. Of course I didn't realize that my ISP had some scheduled downtime so the page wasn't working for a while. In other words, go to my movie page and download videos of Skye, Sacha and the chickens if you haven't already. Especially Skye and Sacha of course. The two most wonderful creatures I know. They make me feel good. Just the memories still.

And I would like to officially request postcards now. Yesterday it was just a little random thought but now it's official. If you care to spend postage to Denmark and a postcard on me then please sign the guestbook and let me know. I'd love to get some postcards from around the world. And if you want I'll send you one back of course, though that's optional. So give a hoot, send a postcard. Make Plume happy.

They'll go on my new improved cute desk. I've worked on it some more today. Amazing what old junk I have lying around. Lots of old correspondance too. From my first internet days. Long lost friends. More or less. And lots of stamps for my dad.

So that's it. Class dismissed. Your homework: watch videos of Skye and Sacha and be amazed. And then send me a postcard. For extra credit invent a device that lowers the temperatures by 10 degrees in the summer.
