The One With The Winter Thoughts

As I walked home from work today I imagined it was winter and that there was snow everywhere. Even the thought of it made me feel good.

It was a cold morning. Very cold. Winter cold. I love cold nights. I hate cold mornings. What a paradox. Or oxymoron. Or one of those things.

You know what I like about Windows XP? It's so nice. If I'm trying to type in a password and I have caps lock on then it tells me about it. How considerate.

Work was okay today. Cafer and I cleaned out some drain pipes. Fallen leaves. Winter is coming.

At coffee Cafer remarked that I didn't like to go up on the ladders. Me and my fear of heights. We all smiled at that and then Cafer sort of tussled my hair and clapped me on the back. Twas funny. Like "you're alrite kid, even if you're afraid of heights".

Hehe, Galatasaray just equalized in their Champions League game. Cafer will be loving that. He's always very interested in the Turkish teams.

Thank you to the people what (hehee) complimented my new computer. If you want to make a guy feel great then say good things about his computer. Or have hot, long, passionate sex with him. Either one is good.

I'm feeling more and more at home with it. I managed to install Corel Photo House today. I got that free with my old printer. It may not be the best graphics program ever but I'm so used to using it, I know how to do what I want in it and do it quickly. So it's good to have it on the new computer too. It took me a while to find the CDs it came on though. I thought I had thrown them out. Then suddenly, heureka! I checked some brown box in the hallway, one that had been sitting there for years untouched. And what do you know, it had all the printer manuals and software. And Corel. Nice. There are still several programs I need to get on here too. But it's starting to shape up nicely. And I have made a new user account too, one for the rest of the family. So there's the administrative one and then two limited ones. One for me and one for everyone else. That means I can finally have all my bookmarks and such to myself. Haha freedom. No more hiding all the dirty little secrets. Like the diary. And my Plutonium dealings.

So... anyone need any Plutonium?

Hooray.

np: nothing
