Finally weekend. And Skye is back. The last week has been like one of those episodes of the TV show where you're stranded in an alternative universe where everything is different. Just slightly off. And now I'm back in my own universe.

That makes sense right?

We're talking about vacation. It probably won't be new years after all. We're talking about the week after new years now. I would like to spend christmas or new years with her, but this is okay too. This way I would be able to get a little vacation before going to see her. That would be nice. I get to gather some strength before going. Leaving the country is still a pretty big deal for me. But it will be worth it to get to spend some time together again.

Right now I just want to lay back and not worry about anything. Empty my head.

Speaking of empty heads, I watched Newlyweds yesterday and would you believe it? Jessica and Nick have the exact same doorbell as we do. Odd. I was watching it and when their doorbell rang I thought to myself "oh someone's at the door".

No, actually I didn't. It would have been cute though, wouldn't it? I could tell it was from the telly of course. But still. I have the same doorbell sound as Jessica Simpson does. So I got that going for me.
