Today was a bit blurry. I was very tired. Even though I slept till 10 am. And took a nap again later. Maybe I'm still a little sick. Maybe it's just the thought of the end of the weekend getting to me. Maybe it's December. Very grey and cold so far. Maybe... maybe I just need to sleep more. I'm feeling apathetic. Again. Doesn't really matter anyway. Not like the things I do are so urgent. Blabla.

Tomorrow there's soccer. And I will need to try that damn hard drive. And I will want to take a long long shower. And I still need to take more pictures of my fridge. I know you want them.

Not much to tell evidently. Let me instead make a statement: I have decided that Billy Corgan's new band Zwan is great. After a week or so of listening to the four shows they've played I've come to this conclusion. At first the songs seemed kind of bland. But they've grown on me. Immensely. Songs like And So I Died of a Broken Heart, The Shining Path, Glorious, Never Give Up, Spilled Milk, The Empty Sea, El Sol, My Life + Times, Chrysanthemum and many more. They rock. I hereby declare that Zwan is the second greatest band alive today. I have spoken. It is law. All hail Zwan. Djali Zwan. Whatever.
Of course I love everything billy has ever done. period.
I can even accept the sort of positive mindframe of it all. I might walk alone. I might walk alone. But I'm almost home. And the general spirit in the smashing pumpkins community right now is just great. Open taping rules. Share the wealth.
