Mr Bent the boss is on vacation for the next two weeks. Good for him. That means that we now party all day at work of course. No boss means whiskey and vodka and prostitutes and travel scrabble.

No, not really. In fact it's like nothing has changed at all. Except the fact that I really would like a vacation too. I should be the boss so I could give myself vacation. And a raise. And I could fire anyone who would dare to disagree with me. And I could decorate my office with apples and american plastic things.

Oh remember yesterday I mentioned that the soccer was going to hell? My dear Brøndby RE are doing bad. The coach resigned today. Booh. And it was funny (well spiffy) because I was checking the teletext sport pages and contemplating the rumours that Brøndby RE would fire the coach and I was thinking "they better not fire him, that would be crazy" and just then the sport headlines came up and it said "Hareide resigns" and that wasn't funny but it was kinda alanis-ironic and also annoying because it's upsetting and none of you know who Åge Hareide is anyway. I'm going to make it my life's mission to spread the holy word of soccer throughout the world to you heathens. That or golf. I haven't decided.

And Zwan rocks on for everyone. "Yeah" makes me want to airguitar. It's that unfulfilled rockstar potential inside me trying to break out. Yeah is second only to Spilled Milk for airguitar potential I think. Yeah Yeah.

They've started showing TRL on MTV Europe now. As far as I can tell. I feel so old. So very very old. I used to be hip. I remember when I first got the miracle that is cable. MTV was hot yo. I was hot. Everything was hot. Now I'm just left wondering why everyone is screaming and why no videos are played fully and what's Tom Cruise doing there? And is that Carson Daly from the Eminem song? Cause I thought he was female once which didn't make much sense.

I don't know. I'm not too hip no more. At some point you just start to see through it all. I miss the good old days. When I didn't know better.
