You know the Elton John song with the line "cold cold hearts"? When I was a kid I thought it went "coco hearts". Ah childhood. There is nothing like innocent confusion.

Otherwise a quiet day today. I have been enjoying the weekend. There is nothing so bad that sleeping late can't ease it.

The European Championships started today. That's soccer, in case you didn't know. Denmark will be playing their first game on Monday. It's not looking too good for us. We have been doing poorly in the warmups and we have several key injuries and absentees. Jesper Grønkjær left the squad because his mother died of cancer. Poor guy. Denmark is a tiny country, we really can't afford to miss key players like him and Thomas Gravesen who is banned in our first game against Italy. So my expectations are low. I just hope Brøndby's Thomas Kahlenberg will get some playing time. That would make me happy.

It's a good thing soccer is such a huge sport worldwide, otherwise I might be boring people.
