You know what is annoying? Annoying is waking up 30 minutes too early. Not enough time to really get more sleep and still way too early to get up. That is annoying.

I went to work a little earlier than usual. So I could pop into the gas station and return the spider-man video. Cutegirl was there. She asked "So was it any good?". She keeps confusing me by actually being nice and talking to me. This is not usual female behaviour towards me. It's very distressing. But I mumbled "yeah it was okay" and left. As cute as she is, she's still not half as cute as Skye. And her "How was it" flirtation will not succeed on me. The man of steel.

And then off to work. Where nobody ever flirts with me. How rude. Oh, did I mention I got a christmas gift from them yesterday? The exact same calendar/planner thing that I got last year. Except with a 2003 on it. Nice of them. It's not like they had to get me anything. It's just not particularly inspiring to get the same planner as last year. And as everyone else gets. Especially since I have a completely empty life that needs no planning whatsoever. Oh well.

There was nothing at all to do today though. So I went outside and walked around. Took some pictures. Not very good ones but I think I owe you a visual of the Barn after all the restoration work.

Hazy, grey Danish day. Cold, wet and foggy. Usually you wouldn't even be able to see the barn from there. But all the leaves are fallen and you can just about make it out.

And that's from another angle. I really don't get why they painted it white. I think it looked much, much better with the old classic red bricks. But the roof looks okay I guess. Doesn't look much different.

There you go. Exciting, I know. Look at this though. Can you tell what that is? No, it's not a window. It's a door. It doesn't have an outside handle yet but I promise it's a door. Way up high on the wall. Fascinating. I really, really hope they are going to put up a stairway there. Otherwise it's just bizarre. Reminds me of the wall. Remember that? It's still there. Just a wall in the middle of nowhere. It's been a couple of months since they put it up I think. There has been no work done since then. It's just standing there like a.. wall. I still can't figure out its purpose.

Life is a mystery.

Like when your mouse is driving you crazy. It's stopping all the time. Being erratic. And you're convinced there's dirt inside. So you keep trying to clean it. And you get more and more frustrated. It's just another example of how the universe is against you.

And then it turns out you just had to replace the batteries.

I should go apologize to the universe.

Or maybe the universe should apologize to me. Just because it wasn't behind the mouse thing doesn't mean it's all innocent and stuff. I have my suspicions...

I'm going to go now. If you want to have some fun go to funland. I like it. Not just because I got quoted. It's just fun. I don't think they picked the name by random.

Oh my god! That bunny with the duracell battery just beat the bunny with the non-descript battery! I'm soooo buying duracell from now on!
