My dad is going to give a speech about Finnish stamps at the local library.

There is no part of that sentence that isn't incredibly boring. But I guess dad's stamp collecting is finally paying off. He'll be a semi celebrity. Among the local Finnish stamp collectors.

And you know they know how to party.

Me, I know how to work hard. Cleaning up after the surprise wedding at the barn. And buying vegetables at the bazar. Salla doesn't work there anymore, so I don't get to meet him on the vegetable shopping trips. Too bad.

I had a nice nap earlier. I love the cold air. And then burying myself under the blanket. I put it over my head. Just leaving a little gap for my eyes and mouth. I feel like a big cuddly bear in hibernation.

Speaking of cuddly, comfy sleepers...

Aw, isn't Sascha the loveliest dog ever? He gets comfy everywhere. Just a little bunddle of joy. I want to be with him and Skye.

I love that my new computer has USB ports in the front. It's the little things that make life good. They add up.

Speaking of my new computer, here is my old one. Just so you can see where we have parked it. And my lovely brother having fun with it. Bless this unholy mess we live in.

Try to ignore the obscene gesture he is preparing.
