Not a particularly good day. At work I got sent shopping for an egg splitter. Or slicer. Or what do you call that thing? An "egg make be slices" or something. You put an egg in it and you press down and voila, you got nice slices of egg. Yeah, I couldn't find any. In bazar vest. In Netto. Basically I spent a lot of time walking around for nothing. That's never fun.

Then I went home to deal with the hard drive failure situation. I've been copying files from the broken drive. At present I have processed about 170 concerts. I wasn't able to copy 30 of those. If the recovery program I got can't save them then they're lost. I'm trying to look at the positive side and think of all the concerts I can save. But still. Everytime I drag a concert to copy it and the D drive starts making that horrible hard whirry noise my heart just sinks and I think "there goes another date down the drain". It kills me a little. But I just have to remember that I will still have gigabytes worth of great concerts and I will be able to download a lot of what I lose probably. I will not let it get me down. I will not let it get me down. I will not let it get me down too much.

I gotta go to Kvickly. They have shrimps on sale. I love shrimps. It's always been the holy grail of food in our family. Because it's so expensive compared to all the other things we buy. We can't really afford it too often. So it's a special treat. All I need is a barbecue and I could be Australian.

This is the part where there would be some social commentary, possibly about the forced circumcision of young girls in Denmark, and then a little filler. But you'll have to imagine that because I gotta go and try to save some more mp3s. It's always good to have your priorities straight.
