Big day today. Let's take it from the top. Waking up early. Early like Monday morning. Back to work after easter. I almost fell asleep in the shower. If I could get rid of one thing in this world it would be early mornings. Not cancer or war or Britney Spears. Nope.

Well, what am I saying. Maybe Britney. Haha etc.

Off to work I went. Bent the boss decided to spring a little surprise on me. "Oh at 10.30 your social worker will be here for a meeting with us". Gee. He said he had already told me once but I'm quite sure he hadn't. I wouldn't forget a meeting like that, I would have gone around worrying about it for days before it. So maybe it was just as well that he didn't tell me I guess.

The meeting went okay. We talked about how things were going. About the future. About me going to the Netherlands in the vacation. Stuff. And we found some things to look at after the summer vacation. Things to try, places to go.

AFter that I went to the bank and deposited some money to my mother's account. And then I did a little shopping. I found Mr Duckie.

I couldn't resist him. There was some candy in the bottom department but it has mysteriously disappeared. Hmmm...

On the back of him there is a little switch thing. When you move it back and forth he raises the saxophone to his lips and makes a funny noise. Hehe.

Who doesn't like that?

Celebrity lookalikes of the day: The guy getting on the bus who looked completely like Bruce Willis in one of the Die Hard movies. Cool shades. And #2: The girl with the long hair walking by who looked a bit like Lisa Kudrow as Phoebe.

Back at home I managed to order my bus tickets to the Netherlands. Eventually. After some conferencing with my mother about her dankort. But it worked. And they are ordered. I am going to the Netherlands from July 4th to July 10th.

Now I'm tired. Very tired.

...and then. Just before this edition went to the presses I got a little new news. That place I showed you yesterday, the one with the midget golf. It's sold out. We can't go there. So now I will try not to worry too much and Skye will try to find us something else. A kind reminder not to become too optimistic. Otherwise life will find a new way to beat you round the head. Don't get your hopes up or we'll crush you.
