It seems live performances are definitely covered by the Danish copyright law. And if they argue that I knew this then I will have to pay. It's tempting to just not give them my contact info but I doubt that'll help much and I don't want to make things worse. I'll try to explain to the lawyer that I honestly didn't know that I was breaking the law. I'll cite some paragaphs. But at the end of the day it probably won't work. Because who cares about the truth? The truth won't give them money, so why would they want to hear that?

Geez, I wouldn't be so stupid as to put up a website that breaks the law when I had nothing to gain from it. If I was going to try and willfully break the law I would have charged money or something, made it worth my while. I wouldn't be that stupid.

I was just too naive. Somebody should have told me to read the copyright law 2 years ago. If only there were time machines. And x-ray glasses. Those would be so cool.

Did I mention that Zwan got 4 out of 6 stars in the local tabloid? I'm surprised by that. I thought they would slag off the album. Seems a lot of reviewers are liking the new Corgan. How nice. Maybe there's hope for the world yet.

Hey, I'll be ok. It's only money. It's not like they're going to take little needles and stick them through my eyelids while they pour boiling water on my toes and insult my family. Probably.
