No snow though. No tiny snowmen for me. Oh well. It's early days yet. I mean, officially it isn't even winter I guess. Winter is December, January and February. At least in Denmark. So if the temperature drops below 0 in November can I not call it winter? I don't know. The seasons are complicated.

Slow day at work. Just washing the hall as always on Fridays. The most exciting thing was the discussion at work. What is Denmark's most famous export, Carlsberg beer or Lurpak butter? Personally I would vote for Lars Ulrich's drumming but oh well.

One day Plume will be Denmark's most famous export. And I'm not talking about my plutonium trafficking. Do you realize that I have been writing here for more than 3 years? How odd. I wish I could count up all the words. I am so productive it isn't even funny. Quality schmuality, all hail quantity.

Haha I have made almost 100,000 neopoints on neopets today. Without doing any work. And it's legal. Finally I'll be rich. Again. I don't really spend time on neopets anymore but I do still make sure that Bitty is okay. I need a real pet. Hah instead of "pet" I typed "cat". What the heart is full of..

I just saw the Indiana Jones dvd box set on TV. Mmm. I wish I could buy that. But no, too expensive. And I don't even know if I'd want to watch an Indiana Jones movie today. It just seems like such a blissful memory from when I was a little mini Harrison Ford and wanted to be nothing more than Indy or Han Solo.

The big MTV Europe music awards are coming up soon. Or as I like to call them: "Look we can do it just as well as America. No really we can!". Which is also what I call that TRL UK thing that comes on just before Newlyweds. Anyway, 3 Danish bands are nominated in the best nordic category. Along with 2 Swedish ones. Hah, suck on that rest of Scandinavia! Let me see if I can recall who got nominated. The Danish ones are Kashmir, Junior Senior and Outlandish. And the Swedish ones are The Rasmus and The Cardigans. My point with all this is: where is Mew? They are clearly the best Nordic, let alone Danish, band. Maybe their CD came out last year and they weren't eligible. Or maybe they got gypped.

Just to make sure we understand each other. Really, if I can recommend you check out one band then it would be Mew. And in the interest of Danish exports I would also suggest Kashmir and Saybia and the Raveonettes. And for a laugh Junior Senior. And for Aicha Outlandish. Maybe Carpark North too. I hope I'm not forgetting any. Tina Dickow.

Danish music is great. A lot of it. You should all sit down and listen to it. While you drink your Carlsberg and eat your bread buttered with Lurpak. With Danish bacon on it. Reading Hans Christian Andersen in the light of a PH lamp. With Victor Borge on the telly. Unless you're watching a program about the best soccer players ever and Michael Laudrup or Peter Schmeichel is on. And if you're in Australia you should be in the Sydney Opera House. Maybe Stig Rossen is performing.

Or you could always eat a Danish full of jelly.

Alrite, enough of this stuff. I just wanted to point out that for a tiny little country stuck on the end of Germany we are actually not completely hopeless. Just because I'm Danish doesn't mean I can't have a great destiny.

I just need to find a way to fulfill it.

Another 3 years of writing Plume should do it.
