Not a bad day today. I'm feeling very tired, but what else is new?

It was a christmassy day. I got not one but two presents. From Skye both of them. What a sweetheart she is. And what nice timing that they both came on the same day.

The first one was in the mail. A beautiful book. Isn't it beautiful? 'The Ingenuity of animal survival. Winter World'. I have always been fascinated with hibernation. It looks very interesting. Even the paper is beautiful. I love animals.

And then by package delivery company came my new jacket. Wow. Skye bought it on ebay for me. How cool is that? Retro Original USA Corduroy Car Coat. It was strange putting it on at first. I've never had anything like that before. And I'm just not used to getting new clothes. But it felt good. There just something cool about it. It's probably the best jacket I've ever had.

She's way too good to me. I don't deserve all that. I'm glad I have her though. It helps a lot, with everything that's going on. She's always so supportive. And the thought of a happy future with her is always really good motivation.

I'm more fashionable by the minute.

Now I just need myself a car, then I would be totally set.

I also got a call from my doctor today. Not the hospital doctor, but my personal doctor. Doctor Michael. He wanted to know how things were going. I guess he hadn't gotten any information from the hospital since he refered me (via answerphone). So he just wanted to make sure everything was coming along. Very nice of him.

And that's about it for today. Tomorrow is relaxation. Wednesday is x-rays. And then we'll take it from there. Toodles, I'm going to go read my new book!
