Another cold morning. Very cold. So cold that my breath turned to vapor. I always like that.

And frost on the grass. At least the parts that the sun can't reach. That's the first time I've seen frost since last winter.

I like frosty leaves too. A wintery feel. Can't be bad.

A little more upsetting is the fact that some stores are already putting up christmas decorations. I mean really. Can't it wait till December at least?

Otherwise a quiet day. I re-completed Ultima 9.

Mmm u9. Despite its flaws it is still a beautiful game. It's nice just loading it up and talking a walk in the woods. Looking at the butterflies. Killing the giant rats. Ehm yeah. It's beautiful on a powerful computer. Now I can give Morrowind a go soon. Remember that? I bought it but I couldn't use it because my old computer didn't have a 3d graphics card. Vengeance will be mine. 3D rpg's are where it's at.

May I recommend a song perchance? José González's Heartbeats. He's Swedish but don't let that stop you. It's very beautiful. It's the kind of song I want to write when I get a guitar. Just simple and beautiful, voice and guitar. Perfect.

Too bad it's a cover. That always annoys me. When I like a song a lot and then I find out it's a cover version. Like Outlandish's Aicha. I guess it annoys me that I think an artist has made this great song and then it turns out "just" to be a cover. But oh well. It's not like covers are inferior. It's just... easier. Music is supposed to be blood, sweat and tears right?

I cut myself in the finger today so I'm 33% there.

Skye is having intarweb problems. It doesn't feel right to end the night without her. But at least she called me so we got to hear each other like that. And christmas is coming ever closer.
